CUSTOM CONTRACTS

WHAT IS IT?

A custom contract:

  • Is tailored to fit your individual business and legal needs, and accounts for any unexpected future problems or legal mishaps specific to your business;

  • Is drafted to comply with the law, so you don’t need to worry about illegal or unenforceable terms;

  • Limits your liability and protects your profits;

  • Only includes the things that are relevant and important to your business, so you will never be stuck justifying or explaining away random and inapplicable contract provisions;

  • Looks clean, organized and professionally put together; and

  • Is written in plain English, so you can easily understand everything that is in it and you can confidently explain it to anyone else.

IS THIS FOR ME?

A custom contract is ideal for any business owner who wants to:

  • Look professional in front of their clients, customers, and business associates;

  • Eliminate uncertainty and manage client and customer expectations;

  • Get paid and stay paid;

  • Protect their intellectual property; and

  • Make enforcing their rights cheaper and easier.

THE PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation if you have any other questions, or just contact us to get started.
  2. We'll then send you a client agreement (because we practice what we preach), an invoice, and a link to a brief intake form, so we can learn more about you and your business.
  3. You digitally sign the agreement, pay your invoice, and fill out the form.
  4. We review your intake form and send you a link to our calendar to schedule a 20-minute Drafting Consultation.
  5. On the date and time that you picked, we get on a video call (or phone call - your choice) and discuss what you want your contract to say or do.
  6. One to two weeks later, you recieve your custom contract and a link to our calendar to schedule a 30-minute Document Review Session.
  7. On the date and time that you picked, we get on another video call (or phone call) and we'll review the terms of your contract with you, show you how to properly fill it out, and how to make changes, if necessary.

CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU NEED? CONTACT US AND WE CAN CREATE

A CUSTOM CONTRACT OR CONTRACT BUNDLE JUST FOR YOU!

* We do our best to provide accurate pricing on this page, but the costs quoted here may not always apply. The beauty of custom contracts is that no two are alike - they are tailored to your needs, and while most are straight-forward, others may require a little more love and time to complete. Until we know exactly what you need, we may not be able to provide a completely accurate price. We do not believe in charging by the hour, so all final costs are quoted based on the amount of time we believe it would take us to complete the work. If we end up going over, well, that's on us!
